Right of Withdrawal for Consumers Regarding Contract Cancellation
Withdrawal Instructions
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reasons up to 30 days before the start of the retreat. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Younique Retreat, Burghardt, Chirinos Ruiz Rosas, Fietz GbR, Münzstr. 4, 51063 Cologne, +49151-24682767, billing@younique-retreats.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g., in the form of a letter or an email).
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation up to 30 days before the start of the retreat: 50% of the total price will be refunded.
Cancellation 29 days or less before the start of the retreat: No refund.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract at least 30 days before the start of the retreat, we are obliged to refund you 50% of the payment we have received from you without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your notification of withdrawal from the contract. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with you; under no circumstances will you incur fees related to the refund. We reserve the right to refuse the refund until we have received the cancellation or withdrawal in writing.
