Our Meditation Guide is José

It’s important to us that you feel comfortable. If you prefer to use the meditation time for yourself and meditate in silence, you are warmly invited to do so, and we will provide you with some tips. Alternatively, we invite you to participate in one of our selected meditation techniques. We will introduce you to various techniques that you can continue to use at home. Breathwork and tapping techniques will also be included.
