Ecstatic Dance through emotions
Let the music guide you on an emotional journey. Our ecstatic dance experience, curated with a soulful DJ set, is designed to awaken your senses and set free the feelings you’ve been holding back. There’s no choreography, no judgment – just your body, your breath, and the rhythm. Dance through joy, sorrow, release, and freedom. Feel it all. Let go what no longer serves you.

Group Session : Sharing, Insight & Tools for Life
Our group sessions are all about real connection and honest sharing. In each session, you’ll be introduced to a new method or practice. Something you can take home with you and integrate into your daily life.

Included Deep Relaxation Massage
Each guest receives a 1-hour massage as part of the retreat experience. This treatment helps release physical tension and dissolve energetic blockages stored in the body. It’s more than just relaxation – it’s an invitation to fully arrive in your body, support your healing journey, and deepen the sense of ease throughout the retreat.

Optional 1:1 Sessions – Go Deeper on Your Journey

For those who wish to explore their personal themes more deeply, we offer optional one-on-one sessions including Hypnosis, Sound Healing and Reiki. These powerful tools allow you to work through emotional, energetic, or subconscious layers in a safe and supported space, helping you to gain clarity, release blockages, and enhance your personal transformation during the retreat.

Day 1:

Element Earth (Prithvi): Grounding and Stability
Objective: Reconnect with your base to establish stability and security as a foundation for transformation

  • Arrival and Transfer: Participants are transferred to the accommodation.
  • Arrival at Accommodation: Check-in and time to relax.
  • Welcome and Program Overview: Introduction to the retreat and day’s activities.
  • First Activities: Includes walking meditation with the element Earth.

Element Water (Java): Flow and Flexibility
Objective:
 Promote flexibility and emotional release. After achieving grounding, focus on letting go of old emotions and patterns to embrace the flow of life. Emotional release prepares you for the intensity of the fire element that follows.

  • Morning Meditation: Start the day with a calming meditation session.
  • Breakfast Snack: Light morning snack to energize.
  • Vinyasa Flow: Dynamic Vinyasa Flow yoga session to enhance flexibility and flow.
  • Lunch Break: Enjoy a break to relax and rejuvenate.
  • Afternoon Activity: Free time recommended by the pool, with smoothies available throughout the day to complement the water element.

Each day begins with fresh juice and homemade energy balls to gently energize you before yoga. At midday, enjoy a nourishing three-course brunch. In the evening, our table fills with a colorful variety of dishes inspired by the elements – grounding, flowing, energizing, or uplifting, depending on the day’s focus.

Our Ayurvedically inspired Moroccan cuisine is created in collaboration with the hotel – fresh, flavorful, and made with love.

Where does the Yoga-Hypnosis Retreat take place?

Our retreat takes place in the breathtaking Agafay Desert in Morocco. The peaceful expanse and stillness of the desert offer the perfect space for transformation, grounding, and healing.

How do I get to the retreat?

The nearest airport is Marrakesh Airport (RAK). From there, we organize a transfer directly to the luxury camp for you. The journey is simple and convenient, and transportation is included in the package price.

What accommodation options are available?

We offer various options—from cozy single tents to shared tents for three people. Each tent is thoughtfully designed, providing the comfort you need for a relaxing and restorative experience.

Is the retreat suitable for Yoga beginners?

Yes, our retreat is suitable for all levels, from beginners to experienced yogis. We adapt the practice individually so that each participant can practice at their own pace and level.

What if I have concerns or fears about hypnosis?

We understand that hypnosis may be a new experience for some people. Jose creates a safe and trusting space where you can feel comfortable. Hypnosis is a gentle and supportive way to release blockages and get closer to yourself, allowing you to let go of difficult situations. If you don’t feel comfortable with hypnosis, there is no need to book a session in advance.

Are the yoga and hypnosis sessions mandatory?

No, the schedule is not mandatory. You are warmly invited to join all sessions, but you have the freedom to choose which classes and activities resonate with you. We want you to feel comfortable and to take the time you need for yourself, even if that means taking a solo walk in the desert.

What are the temperatures like in the Agafay Desert?

Temperatures can vary depending on the season. Throughout this time it will be warm during the daytime (20-26 °C ), while it gets significantly cooler in the evenings and at night (10-15 °C ). We recommend bringing light clothing for the day and warm layers for the evenings.

What should I bring to the retreat?

We recommend comfortable yoga clothing, weather-appropriate clothing for the desert, sunscreen, and a refillable water bottle. Yoga mats and necessary equipment are available on-site, but you are welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer.


Is food provided on-site and what is offered?

Yes, we provide wholesome, balanced meals inspired by Ayurvedic and Moroccan cuisine, made with fresh, local ingredients. We ensure that all meals are nutritious and vegan/vegetarian. We are also happy to accommodate any specific dietary needs or allergies—simply let us know your requirements in advance.

What happens if I get sick before the retreat?

If you become ill shortly before the retreat, you have the option to nominate a replacement participant. We also recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover such situations.
