Why we are doing this?

We are Alex and Laura, and honestly, it was pure coincidence that brought us together. Laura created with her brand Younique Marketing a podcast jingle for Alex together with her brother Marius. From the very first conversations, we realized, wow, we are so alike. And then we found out we both live in Cologne. So we met for a coffee and immediately clicked.

What connects us? We both know how hard it can be to deal with your own emotions. Alex was diagnosed with an anxiety disorder and borderline personality disorder many years ago. Laura has ADHD, diagnosed just a year ago, and struggled with severe sleep problems for more than ten years.

But you know what? We found our way. Because we were tired of being at the mercy of our emotions. We started learning, trying out methods, diving into countless books and podcasts, going through therapy, and joining coaching programs.

Step by step. And at some point, things began to change. Today, we are able to regulate our emotions, and it feels incredibly good.

And that’s exactly what we want you to know: It’s possible. For you too. 🌿✨

For us, it took almost ten years to get here. Ten years of trial and error, setbacks, and fresh starts. We want to shorten this journey for you and share everything that has truly helped us along the way.
