Open Group Discussion
In our open group discussions, participants are encouraged to share their thoughts and experiences in a relaxed and supportive environment. This format allows for organic conversation, where everyone can contribute, ask questions, and learn from one another. It’s an opportunity to connect with others who may be facing similar challenges and to gain new perspectives.
Guided Group Discussion
Led by an experienced facilitator, our guided group discussions provide structure while allowing for meaningful exploration of specific themes. Participants engage in reflective conversations, guided exercises, and sharing sessions, all aimed at deepening self-awareness and promoting emotional release. This format encourages vulnerability and connection among participants.
In some group sessions, additional activities will be offered, such as a burning ritual by the campfire to release old burdens. There will also be smaller coaching sessions and explanations on specific topics, along with the accompaniment of cacao or tea.
