These constant boundary violations leave their marks – physically, emotionally, and mentally. Fatigue, tension, irritability, and the feeling of being “stuck” are often signs that something needs to change.

💡 The solution? Start with yourself.

  • Become aware of where you are crossing your boundaries. Pause and ask yourself: Am I doing this because I want to – or because I think I have to?
  • Set clear boundaries. You don’t have to please everyone. A no to others is often a yes to yourself.
  • Plan intentional breaks. Small moments of rest – a walk, a mindful cup of tea, or a few minutes of meditation – can signal to your nervous system that you are safe and can relax.
  • Communicate your needs. It’s okay to say what you need – whether in your relationship, at work, or with friends.

You are not alone on this journey. It’s perfectly okay to seek help if you feel you can’t do it alone. Your nervous system, your body, and your soul deserve to be heard.
